Congratulations to Mrs. Monroe! She was awarded a $750 Pocket Change grant from Education Credit Union to use towards classroom materials and supplies for her math classes! Hedley ISD elementary and Junior high school students recently traveled to Claude ISD to compete in the Academic UIL Meet. We had 19 students compete and each student worked very hard to practice and prepare for the meet. We are so proud of all the students and their accomplishments. Below are the official results:

The Varsity basketball schedule for the HS basketball tournament in Adrian this week:
Thursday 11/21
Varsity Boys will play at 2:00 against Hartley, Varsity Girls will play at 3:40 against Happy, Varsity Boys play at 4:40 against Spearman JV, and Varsity Girls will play at 7:20 against Adrian
Friday 11/22
Varsity Girls will play at 12:40 against Boys Ranch, Varsity Girls will play again at 3:20, Varsity Boys will play at 7:20
Varsity Boys will not have any games on Saturday and the Varsity Girls game times will be determined after Friday's games. GO OWLS AND LADY OWLS!!!

Last night the Owls and Lady Owls took home 2 wins with the Owls winning 48-24 and Lady Owls winning 38-31. GO OWLS AND LADY OWLS!!
Basketball games are here on Friday night against Pringle-Morse. Varsity Girls start at 5:00 and Varsity Boys begin at 6:15. Come out and support our basketball teams this Friday night! Concession stand will be open!

Due to a gas leak in the city of Chillicothe, tonight's basketball games have been moved to Vernon College. That address 4400 College Drive in Vernon, TX.
